The place is located in the Sassina Valley, a locality known for its mountains that are part of the Lombard Prealps. The surrounding property is equipped and ideal for outdoor dining. At Lake Como you can practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing. Two km from the house is the center of Ballabio with supermarket, stores of all kinds, restaurants and cafes. About 7 km away is Lecco, from where you can reach by ferry the beautiful towns of Bellagio, Cernobbio, Como and Varenna.
The parking place (garage box) is about 400 meters from the house. This 400m long road between the garage and the house is uneven and only passable with an off-road vehicle (four-wheel drive). The owner offers a shuttle service with a four-wheel drive car to transport your luggage from the garage to the house (and vice versa) on arrival and departure day.
